Ukiah annexation / Master Tax Sharing Agreement

Urged the Board to terminate Agreement 24-0805 and give the five-year notice, saying the blanket 20-year tax sharing formula steamrolled annexation of unwilling landowners.

Asked the Board to give notice to rescind the master tax sharing agreement.

Celebrated Ukiah dropping annexation and urged an opt-out clause in the master tax sharing agreement so the Board can speak for unincorporated residents next time.
